Are these signs of brain tumor or something else?
hard to breath, black outs, deafness (like that before), blurry vision, pounding headaches. I eat my fruit and stay from the microwave but all these happen. What's wrong with me?

Go to the doctor. These could be signs of any number of problems, including brain tumor, heart disease, etc. You will not get an accurate diagnosis from those of us on the internet. Even those of us who are healthcare professionals.

You can't really ask the people here a question like this and expect an honest answer. In the first place what's "deafenss (like that before)" and what has eating fruit and staying away from micro waves have to do with brain tumors. The only thing I can see that related are the blurry vision and the headaches but, they could be from something else and not even related. The hard to breathe and deafnes is not related either. I don't think you have a brain tumor. I do think you have to see a doctor but not the kind you'd like. I think maybe a psychiatrist and maybe he could prescribe something for the headaches.

Get yourself to a good doctor right away (yes another one), lay out your symptoms as you have done hear and DEMAND to be checked out for blood pressure, any heart defects and possibly even for a brain tumor.
Don't muck around and do not put up with being fobbed off, only to pay a pointless doctor's bill at the end of it. Write down every symptom, clearly. Any doctor who ignores that shouldn't be in the medical profession at all and you MUST get a FULL medical check up and possibly a scan for a tumor.
God I cannot believe you've already been to a doc and nothing was done. I'm utterly disgusted. Your symptoms sound serious and you do not muck around with that going on.
Sorry, I am not a medical professional, but your question is so concerning, that I put my two cents in regardless. I would rather go overboard, than treat this like it's "no big deal". Anybody can tell there is obviously tremendous stress somehow on an area of the brain and/or on the cardiovascular system, like a blocking/pressure to where your vision/hearing is being affected and then you black out, not to mention the pounding headaches as well.
I hope this doesn't annoy you that I put my thoughts in here, but please seek the one on one help of a doctor and lay it on the line.

Could be a variety of things, just go to the doctor and find out. Besides, "hard to breath" is not a sign of a brain tumor. Also not sure what eating fruit and staying clear of the microwave have to do with it.

it isnt likely to be a brain tumor. a brain tumor wouldnt explain the difficulty breathing. to me it sounds like vertigo, maybe a panic attack, i cant tell without further details, might be blood pressure, blood sugar levels, O2 levels, could be anything... dont be too quick to diagnose yourself with a brain tumor. they occur very seldom and generally not in your age group (if my guess is correct that is). What medication are you on? are you a diabetic? what are other health issues that you have? these are somethings you should be asking yourself before wondering if you have a brain tumor. talk to your doctor and they will give you the best diagnosis. i am positive it is not a brain tumor. btw the microwave is not going to kill you unless you stick your head in it, no reason to develop a phobia of microwaves considering the infine number of other factors for a brain tumor.

I would be going to a doctor to see about these symptoms. They are signs of a brain tumor, infection or stroke. Eating fruit and leafy vegetables are things that you can cut your chances of getting cancer, but it doesn't cure it.

The main symptom of a brain tumor is a dull continuous head ache!

Perhaps you should get checked for hypoglycemia. See Dr Atkins' Super Energy Diet for more info on this condition.
