How open sexually are you? If your name is Mr. Kinky, I assume fairly open.
My suggestion would just be have one of those "what is your fantasy" conversations. I've tried it, and my girlfriend at the time (god bless her), after realizing she could pull it off, was not only happy, but eager to oblige me.
Also, bring a pair of handcuffs and make it known you have them. Don't handcuff her (unless she asks you to, or you know she's into it) but if she knows they are available and that you're into it, she probably won't have a problem doing it.
