How to forget a person when there is no point thinking that the person is avoiding us....? Must we cry over it or just ignore it...?
And what if our hands are itchy and wanting to sms or call that same person who is not interested in us....?

Forgeting somebody is not easy but as u say there is no point thinking u should try to get over it.crying for somebody who don't care for u doesn't make any sense.instead look around, there must be somebody waiting for u.

In life my friend everyone meets someone like this person. And some people move to a new state or country in order to forget about this person. But please remember as humans we can move on, But the mind pack's this person away deep in are mind. And when you hear a song or eat at a place where you use to see that person, The feelings come back again. But you must remember that it's better to move on, Because their is always someone out there who is better then the ones in your past. So just move on.

I think deep inside you probably already know that answer. If you are VERY sure the person is not interested, then yes, shed some tears, and try to move on. NO calling, NO messaging. If you think, however, there is ANY chance, I say go fot it! LIFE is TOO SHORT to pass up opportunities for love. If he'she has made it clear that they are not interested, move on, find someone else to love. there's someone out there for all of us!!!! good luck!

Sorry, tough love answer.

If this person is not interested in you, and you know that for a fact, suck it up and move on. Give it a good cry, couldn't hurt, and in fact might make ya feel better, but don't keep trying to force them into talking to you or texting them or sms-ing. That'll just creep them out, and push them further and further away.

In the short run, get an iPod, a Wii, a pet or anything to distract yourself from thinking about that person.

In the longer run, start looking for someone else, you will eventually forget this person once you shift your attention to another.

The serenity prayer is a good help...it goes like this...
"God grant me the serenity to accept the things that I can not change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference." Keep yourself occupied, and try not to think about the individual. The person you are interested in is missing out, find someone who will appreciate you and reciprocate the things that you give them unconditionally.

Read a book. Do complicated math problems. Close your eyes and count to 1 million by 4. Anything that will force you to use your brain so you are not dwelling on the other person.

Play football. It's a physical sport that will make you tired, which in return make you sleepy and fall asleep. Good luck
