Go to my website www.cellularnutrition4u.usana.com click on united states, click on products and check out Sense Beautiful Science. This is an amazing product, I LOVE IT!!!
Try the 3 step program, which are:
gentle cleanser
hydrating toner
daytime & night time protective emulsion renewal.
For dramatic results try The Enhancers, which are:
Serum Intensive- for fine lines & wrinkles.
Perfecting Essence-For loss of radiance and blotchiness.
Eye Nourisher-For crow's feet and dark circles.
Rice Bran Polisher-For dull, uneven texture.
Takes about 21 days for the skin to adjust to a new regimen, and most people experience only positive results. Please give it try. I've been using it for 2 years now and i never forget a day. I get compliments all the time on how healthy my complexion looks. Let me know, take care

hi! What kind of spots? Are they raised or flush with your skin?
If they are flush with your skin; meaning you cant feel them when you touch it, they could be liver spots.
If they are raised, they could be large moles.
See your doctor.
He or she can recommend you to a dermatologist if needed.
Moles can be removed by a doctor. A doctor can remove it safely, whereas you cant..lol
DO NOT CONTINUE TO SCRAPE IT OFF WITH A KNIFE!!!
You could succeed in removing the spot, only to be replaced by an even uglier scar.

Maybe they're big black-heads. Whatever they are, don't try to scratch them off; they might leave two holes on your cheeks. Visit a doctor and I'm sure he will know better, and give you some medicine or cream for them.
GOOD LUCK!

It sounds like melasma. There isn't really any guaranteed treatment for it. Talk about it with your doctor and see what can be done. Sun avoidance is a big step to avoid further troubles.

Try a cosmetic bleaching cream like ambi, or skin success only on those spots. It should help.
