I think maybe there could be a problem. for example if she gets hurt he laughs at her. Or if she is sick he doesnt even care. she hurt her leg and he thought it was funny. He is nice to her most of the time but I feel like its not sincere. Like he is acting or something. Do you think he just doesnt care about her. he also totally checks out her friends when she isnt looking. should I tell her? Should I tell her he is a jerk?

The guy's a jerk. You can tell your sister, but it won't make her dump him... she'll probably just get mad at you. Just sit back and wait for them to break up.
Of course, if you get good responses on here, you could just show her all of them and see if that helps her to see the light... unfortunately, that probably won't work, either!

The only problem is that he is not your boyfriend - she is big enough and old enough to make her own mistakes, and you, as a sister should be there to pick up the pieces when it happens, not to try and save her.
If you do, you will probally alienate your own sister, and since we learn by our mistakes, she will not learn, and make the same mistake again.
If you must say something, when asked, just tell her that you don't exactly trust or like hi, but as he is (her) your choice, I will put them on a back burner untill I am proved wrong, or you need a shoulder to cry on, and drop the subject.

That is your sister, of course you should tell her that he is a jerk. Hell, she will get over it if she is offended by your remark. It is likely that their relationship will not last long anyway, well hopefully not. I believe he is jealous of her and competes with her and that anything that happens bad to her he likes it. He feels liberated that she is going through hard times because it makes him feel in control. I have lived with someone like that, had three kids from this guy and finally seen the light and got the hell out of the relationship. He is four years older than me and not mature at all. He asked me to marry him several times but I knew God had better plans for my life than me wasting it with this fat loser. He even got married to someone else to spite me and told my daughters, and family members that I wouldn't marry him so he married someone else.
He still hates me but even more now than before because one of the things that he tried to hang over my head when we lived together, and mind you, said it in front of my family members and his friends, was the fact that he had a high school diploma and at the time I wasn't able to graduate from high school because I was taking care of the two kids that we had together and day care was expensive. He would say "I got mine you need to get yours" when I tried to give him advice. Well now I have two post secondary degrees and about to go to grad school, have went on to put him on child support because he wasnt taking care of his kids and he is struggling paying that, and also not giving him the time of day to be in my life and as an effort to try to hurt me he doesn't want anything to do with his kids so the competing and jealousy hasn't stop because he is still that same ignorant person 16 years later. Therfore it eats him up to see that I have excelled far past his high school diploma and it was all because he was jealous and competed with me when it came to life, something we were supposed to share, cherish and enjoy together, not separetly.

yes u should tell her because later on she will find out anyways and it maybe be too late (kids or married) and it will hurt her more then

Well, do you think she would listen? When I try to tell my sis something, she will often just get mad at me. If she would listen, I would tell.
