No, but having them should be licenced, and anybody who exceeds thier quota, chemically castrated...

Babies are not the problem, its some of the lousy parents that drag them up.

No. I don't believe we should hinder the population growth. What we need to do is find more resources. I think we should start colonizing other planets (and the moon once we figure out how to get water there) and spread **** Sapien Sapiens across the Milky Way Galaxy to insure our species survival in the event of a castastophe(sp?).

Babies aren't a problem, CPS is a problem. They are the ones responsible for destroying families and tearing them apart so they can keep building up their budgets. What a racket, and all of us stupid people think they do good. Hah! Pull your heads out people, CPS will take kids away only to put them in worse situations than they were previously in. We don't need more adoptions and foster homes, we need CPS to be audited and held accountable for the findings. The great state of PA just adopted a new bill called "The Family Reunification ACT of 2006" which actually means prison time for CPS workers who deny parents their rights to fair trials and representation. We need to follow suit! Wake up call, wake up call!!!

No. The world will die out if we can't have babies and that's what we were all born to do, after we get marries of course. Although there is getting to be too high a population in some countries, scientists are trying to find solutions.
