the freeview box needs to be connected to the recorder, either seperatley (one scart to tv, one scart to video)
or looped through (scart to video, then scart from video to TV)
to records the freeview, you'll have to have the Video set to 'AV' or 'Aux' channel

You need 2 scarts leads, one from TV to DVD and one from freeview to DVD.
