Well..that's a new one..guys don't play hard to get..they sometimes try to act aloof or proud..just for attitude sake...but if he REALLY doesn't show interest, it means he's not in to you as much as you think...may be you are reading his signals wrong?

He may have too much pride, or may not want to get hurt. He will find it difficult to be trusting. He may be quiet and other peoples views/opinions may not mean to much to him. I suspect you like him, if so i think you may need to make the first move and talk to him, he will figure you like him but will not let you know until he is sure you like him.
