If you lack energy at work, it could mean that particular job is not very fulfilling for you. Don't be afraid to ask for larger responsibilities or speak up and make suggestions during work. Taking on greater responsibility at work will make you passionate about what you do. But if your ideas end up getting shot down more often than not, don't be afraid to seek other jobs. After all, your big goals won't achieve themselves if your not willing to stick your neck out once in a while and make a change.

Motivation comes from within; are you sure there is nothing physically wrong with you. Is your diet OK and are you drinking plenty of water? Mind, body and spirit must all be taken care of to reach our goals. Focus on what you want, plan how you will get there and each day focus on taking a step closer. If you don't reach your goals then they are either not the right goals for you and you should look at something else or you should look at what's stopping you and alter yourself to allow it to happen.

I may be interpreting this incorrectly, so forgive me if I am. I hear that you have big goals, but that when you start to work to achieve them you just don't have the energy. Is that right, if so then keep reading.
First assess your goals. Are they achieve-able and why do you want to reach them? Next, assuming you really want to achieve them, break down the steps to achieve those goals. Often we have lofty goals, but don't have a good road map of how to achieve them. For instance I want to lose 30 lbs. If that were my goal I would lose energy to get that fast. But if I set it up as I want to lose 3 lbs by next week, then I may be able to achieve that, and then the next goal of losing 3 lbs by the next week. (etc.) This may help allow you to have success for each small part that you do. In the end, humans all want immediate gratification. Let yourself have that by having small goals.

simple,,, psychology!
it may just be because,, you think that your aims require a lot of energy or maybe the work needed to fulfill your aims are not that fullfilling,,,,, if that is the case then you should examine yourself,,, if your interest conflicts your work then better find other aims,,,
or suffer the indignation,,,

Step One: Go to the doctor. Step Two: If you get no good answers then dump that doctor and get another. If you get no good answers from that one then dump that doctor and get another. And another. It took me years to learn why I was so exhausted all the time: I was finally diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. It took me years after that to find a doctor in my city who knew anything about this myterious and complex illness. Good luck with it but make sure to get a top-to-bottom checkup Return to Step Two...

don't worry, time will take care of everything. all you have to think is "DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME". if u are not motivated in working, do something else such as study or whatever... no need to force yourself too much.
