i need an excersize and diet plan. i think i know a little about what to do, but as for teh exercizes, i dont know of any really good ones that i can try. i do cruches and jumping jacks, the basics. do u know of any more?

You may also want to purchase an exercise ball and some resistance bands. They are both relatively cheap, but will expand your exercise arsenal greatly.

You can use the ball to do pushups, crunches, pressing movements, squats, hamstring curls, lateral raises.

You can use the bands just as you would free weights, doing curls, flyes, presses, kickbacks.

There are numerous options.

do heavy weights with short reps.
Make sure you do plenty of body weight exercises to maintain your results or you risk being "deflated" when you stop pumping weights.
