I've always had trouble sleeping. I sometimes only get three hours a night, I stopped taking pills long ago. I will go to bed about eleven O.Clock at night and I'm up by four A.M. I work on the pc or read, I work at hobbies, I make quilts, etc. I keep busy

I can't know about you, but what helps me is reading a book that doesn't have anything to do with work or what i've done during the day. Something about a hobby or any other interest you might have.

I like nature music or Celtic sounds. I drink decaf green tea and read until I cannot keep my eyes open. recently I began yoga and the breathing really calms me and my mind. breathe in and out slowly while counting to three or so and then follow with regular breaths...also lavender aromas on the pillow or something soothing...

take dinner at least four hours before going to bed,take light dinner than lunch and breakfast.Pakistani people do this and that is why they enjoy good sleep

Start winding down when the sun goes down.
