A low count of what? If you meant a low red blood cell count my mom always did liver and spinach for such an occasion. If it is a low white blood cell count then you may have HIV. If it is low quantity of blood then you are dehydrated. If it is a low cholesterol count then cooking the liver in lard will cure that.
So to be sure, eat lard fried liver and spinach washed down with water and don't have unprotected sex.

Liver for meat. Plenty of fresh fruit, veg, nuts, milk.tomatoes No fast foods, no burgers or donna kebabs. Don't eat fatty foods. Exercise which will help convert the food to the correct nutrients. You can also take iron tablets but watch out for the constipation they can cause. Best of luck.
Happy New Year.

If you mean low red blood cells/heamoglobin, then you want to eat foods rich in iron and vitamin B12 - red meat, liver, spinach and other dark green leafy vegetables, sardines, eggs, wholemeal bread, brown rice or pasta.

it depends on which cells are low and why. Once you've understood which ones you are and why you can eat accordingly. General rule is: if the red ones are low you need either iron, folic acid or B6; if the white cells are low you need something to boost your immune system. Go to a hematologist and then a nutrition expert.
