i started running and walking every morning but that my calves have gotten bigger and more muscly. what else can i do?

look if you want to make ur hands slim u need to stop having food. that wont be possible for anyone. its better ill recommend you to cycle and swim a lot it may not make your legs slim but it will make your legs sexier then before. hope this works for you

running and working are only a part of the solution ,before you go for your morning runs try some leg exercises,(believe me it works!)
