Have a 'badam' everyday in the morning. Soak it in a cup of water in the night and peel the skin in morning before having. It will certainly help in improving the functions of memory gland. At the same time, try doing meditation (sit idle for 10 minute early in the morning by forgetting your body. Focus on your mind and intellect) and while going to bed, recollect the main events of the day. Do this regularly and witness the change. Good luck.

Go to your doctor and see what the memory power problem could be, and take it from there. Could be simple, or could be something that is more serious......good luck....see your doctor.
