Where can i buy coconut essence for cooking i have looked in all shops and have found it seems to have been systematically removed from all shops. Langedale's is the maker i have looked for but even a web and physical shop search has found none. It sounds silly i know but all coconut essence seems to have been removed from the planet. I need shops not to try but shops that definately have them in or web links i can buy from cheers

most shops keep coconut products in thier free from section, as coconut is used by lactose allergic folks as an alternative to milk. Its sold in dried blocks - creamed coconut - made by Blue Dragon, they also have the escence on the Oriental section, as it is used in Thai cooking a bit.

the creamed coconut is better than the esscence, as you simply make up with water, and you have a nice mild coconut liquid, which you add to the dish instead of milk/water, and it will not curdle with cooking.

i exploit "conventional" paprika and likewise SMOKEY PAPRIKA, which provides a incredible style and scent to Western and Southwestern dishes (chili and BBQ, particularly). i assume it surely relies upon on the delicacies which you oftentimes prepare:)
