I am 27 years old 5ft 9 weigh about 66kg. I dont actually look fat just i have a bit of a belly and always hold it in when sitting down or standing up in public places or the work area, i want to get rid of it whats the best way? I dont want abs or anything like that just a flat stomach.

What kind of exercises and diet should I be on? and how much time should I spend exercising? I was thinking of getting a treadmill or a ellipitcal trainer and combining that with a healthy diet. Would that be enough? Thanks in advance.

do abs workouts twice a week and pilates again twice a week, then reduce the exercise intensity/frequency as soon as you get to your "target belly" (unless you've changed your mind and you want to get and keep the "six packs"), eat every 3 hours and 6 times a day around 250 calories per meal, drink at least 2 lt of water, decrease fats and increase proteins and don't forget 3 servings of low fat dairy a day. It takes discipline but it can be done, and it doesn't take a long time since you aren't fat to begin with.

To trim some of the bulge from the belly, cardio work outs are the best at around 30-40 minutes a day. If you have not had a strong history of going to the gym, start with the elliptical at about 20 minutes a day and work your way up. Its an excellent machine that gets your heart rate up and is easy on the legs and joints. Swimming is also a very good exercise that not only burns fat but works out all the muscles.

Some equipment you might want to invest in would be an elliptical machine, iso ball (the big, rubbery, inflatable ones that you sit on, forcing your stomach to tighten), and a medicine ball (to provide resistance while doing crunches and sit-ups).

Yes all you need is a steam roller to flatten your stomach. There could be a painful sensation at first but in the end it will be ok
