Firstly switch to decaf tea, then limit the number of cups per day, say to 4 and substitute tea with another hot drink, say herbal tea like peppermint (which has digesting qualitites too). Slowly work this down to one cup per day, e.g. in the morning.

Then cut down on the days of the week you drink tea.. I found not having it at the weekend was a good way of doing this..then work into the weekdays...until you end up not wanting tea....and then you have given up!

Although you will get some straight forward answers like stop buying it, it is not as easy as that. I had to stop drinking tea and the only way I could do this was to keep trying different hot drinks until I found I was no longer craving tea. It took me a while. I also found that drinking herbal tea helped. It depends on why you want or need to give up tea.

It really depends on your reason for giving it up but if you must then try making it a little weaker than you would normally. If you use a teabag then use it twice. If leaf tea then halve the amount per cup in the pot. You can weaken it as much as you like until it will taste so awful that you will stop anyway.
Best of luck and Happy New Year.

Just stop, drink something else instead. But why do you want to give up drinking tea? It has a lot of beneficial effects.

Reduce drinking tea by one cup a day, that is if you drink more than one cup.

Well,to stop drinking tea?? you could just go out entertain your self or listen to relaxing music...heres some things you can do...........
Use your secret mind power
(Amusement Potential: 5-10 minutes)
Pick a passing by and try to use your mind power to command them do something, like drop their bag or knock into someone. The law of averages dictates that sooner or later one of your mind commands will come true, so you can convince yourself that you really have super human powers and waste even more time trying them out..or

Repeat the same word over and over until it loses its meaning
(Amusement Potential: 1-3 minutes)
Pick a random word out of a magazine and say it aloud to yourself until it becomes a meaningless set of noises...

that should keep you away from tea.. if its urgent dear call 0900 121 3882
