Your question is not asked very clearly, but I assume that you are asking where you can buy a SD (secure digital) memory card, 512mb capacity. The answer to that question is at any photographic store, or other large shop selling digital cameras. The cheapest places would probably be on line, however, but I'll leave you to do a search, as I don't know what country you are from.
