I'm NOT fluent in french, but I did study the language in school. I would translate it as something like:

You know, I have changed! I had ideas.. on you, on me, on us...Some mad (crazy) ideas, but I was mad!

The verb "s'en faire" means "to worry about" So, a half decent translation sould be:

You know, I've changed a lot! I used to worry about things [ideas, notions] . . . things about you, about me, about us . . . foolish notions, but then I was mad!
