No, not necessarily. There are hundreds of different cultures and people may or may not want to learn English. It's not our right to force people into abandoning their original language.

I agree. English is not a universal language. There are many people who can't speak or understand English.
Efforts at development should focus on the grassroots. Hence it must be through the local tongue.
I believe that each person must be given the choice to learn & use any language that she or he prefers. Same applies to English. Those who prefer English over other languages can use it, others should be given the freedom to use the language(s) of their choice.
There is nothing wrong with relying on English, but it must not be imposed on anyone.

If I were you. I would use this format:We should not rely on English only .If we want to secure our future by going to other country looking for a job with an adequate degree in our mind. In case we don,t like the environment which we are in now.

I do not agree or disagree with you. You haven't provided any valid reason why you should or shouldn't rely on English for development. Why do you ask?

Its funny how when comming to america teachers teach english as a second launguage to non english speaking children. It seems like english is becoming the universal launguage but there are still a significant amount of people who dont speak english and they come to the america, It doesn't seem to stop the them and it doesn't seem to bother everyone else. So i guess I agree with you. People also shouldn't have to learn anything other than there native launguage if they dont wish to.
