A lot of people said Paris. Although Paris has many redeeming qualities, Milan, Italy has to be my favorite city (romantically speaking) in the whole world. Milan has an influx in culture, and is crawling with people who are nice and welcoming to foreigners, where as Paris has it's arrogant people to take away all the good the city can compete with. Anyway, do some research on it. I think you'll like it, and good luck.

I was in San Antonio in the 70's and thought the Riverwalk and their Botanical Gardens to be two of the most romantic places I'd ever been. There was something completely charming about that city. I visited again in the '90's and overpopulation and out-of-control teenagers have ruined it. Now I'd have to say mountain towns, like Vail, Breckinridge, Steamboat Springs ... They're quaint, lovely and sweet.

Paris, because it has this magic air about it, walking along the river seine is beautiful, little cobbled streets to wander down hand in hand, stopping at a little cafe for a drink, views of the eiffel tower from your hotel room, paris is wonderful and romantic, romance is every sight smell and touch in that city.
God i love paris, im going to have to book a flight back soon

I thot San Francisco to be romantic. Not sure why. It was a feeling in the air day or night. the hills, the bay, the architecture, the history, the trolley, the wharf, the theatre, the little grocers on the corners and small restaurants. very new england but small scaled and very charming

Personally, I like city that have snow coz I feel that we can see snow with our love ones is most romantic

Hana hawaii .................The baby blue skies that touch the black diamond sands,an ocean blue,willows that blow in the wind like a kiss from heaven,rivers that flow from the tears of kings & queens,a mountain rising to Gods angles,a red sand beach to remind us we are just a speck of dust,a sunset that sparkles at dusk.Thats the most romantic place and I want to go back............

paris of course...so wonderful view and maybe venice too...actually whichever city would be romantic if you are with your love one and that city holds many sweet memory of both of you...
