im 14 and have never had a gf,,i dont have acne i always do my hair i have a great personality
im starting to loos myself just asking girls it gets around my school and ther start picking on me and im no geek{enyone who calls me a geek gets there nose pounded in there face}

You shouldn't worry about that right now. Your too young, you need to focus on school right now. Its okay if you get a girlfriend, but don't worry if you don't have one.

You're only young...you have plenty of time to get yourself a girlfriend. Some girls can be turned off by a guy who just asks any random girl to go out with him. The girl wants to feel special and if she knows that you've asked out about ten other girls before you get to her then she may be more likely to say no because she doesnt know what you want from her and if you actually like her.
Just have patience. One thing im always being told is to stopping looking and thats when you will find someone...so maybe get into new things like a sporting club or whatever you find fun...that way you can meet new people and possibly the girl that you want to date and who wants to date you.

Ick. Being 'cool' or being a 'geek' is a terrible way to assume wether or not you get girls. Honestly, it sounds like you don't get any because you try to hard. You're focusing on looks.. do you even care about any of the girls you're going after? Try communication, instead of just looking pretty and asserting your dominance to those you insult you.

lol good to see your standing up for yourself and handling the name calling!
have you tried meeting girls outside your school?
shops, local hangouts etc or girls you may know in other schools?
you shouldnt be worrying about having a gf at your age .. enjoy time with your mates and im sure a girl will come along who will want to catch your eye ..

ask yourself:
do you try too hard?
is pounding some1s face good for your reputation?
dont lose confidence, you're obviously a good guy and if i lived less than 2million miles away from you, i would considor dating you.
remember:
to get a gf you have to get to know them. good ppl that arn desperate, get to know and like a person b4 they go out with them. dont go out with just any1, you'll get hurt.
