There is nothing more exhilerating than hearing those prescious words, "Mom, I love you." Heaven. Just heard them today from all three of my children. They are 29, 24 and 21. My baby girl, 21 and an MP3 in the Army, is being medboarded home soon. Unconditional love is the best.

no. sex is instant gratification.... while it is definitely feeling good, it's knowing that there is a special someone that wants to freely spend their life and time with you. that is "the best thing" at least for me. sex is just a bonus :-)
