I've heard it is a bag that you can heat it in microwave? I really like to see it and if any body knows where they sell it, to buy it .

Usually the ones you buy are made of grains other than rice...often combined with aromatic herbs. They are often sold in kiosks in big malls or health food stores.

However, you can make the rice bags yourself. Sew a piece of soft cloth together into a bag shape. You need to sew some lines about 2 inches apart through the bag to make channels for the rice so it doesn't all bunch at the bottom. Before sewing up the end, pour plain white rice into it, then seal. You can microwave the bags for about 3 minutes and the heat lasts for a good hour. The same bags can be put in the freezer and used as a cool pack, too.

You can buy these at pharmacies they market them under the name of Magic Bag. There are a number of different sizes and shapes to fit your neck etc. They work well and you can also use them in the freezer to help with migraines etc.
