How do you prepare winRAR files ready to burn onto CD or DVD,mostly burn toCD and watch on Divx MPEG4player?

Any file with RAR, you have to extract it somewhere and from there add to your CD/DVD burner. Sometime you have to use Alcohol 120 to convert some files. Once you drag it to Alcohol 120, you can directly burn it on CD/DVD.

if you right click on 1 of the rar files and then in the drop down box left click extract to here and it will extract to the ame folder your in it will then either be a video ts which will then burn direct to dvd
