Hm mm.....
It depends on a few things:
1) What are YOU saying in the emails?
2) How OFTEN you are emailing him? and
3) What kind of relationship do the two of you already have together?
Sometimes, we meet someone we want to be with more intimately. However, THEY also have the right to choose if THEY want to be with YOU on the same level.
If your male friend does not email you and you have an ON LINE
relationship only (i.e. you met in a chat room, etc.), chances are that he is speaking very clearly to you by NOT responding to your emails. Forget him and move on to another.
If you share an OFF LINE relationship, then call, visit or talk with him and ask him directly WHY he is not responding to your emails. Could be he has a fussy mail or spam blocker!
But either way, be careful not to be construed as a stalker or a psycho-babe with your constant communiques. Just email him; tell him how you feel and let the ball be in HIS court. Focusing on someone who does not share in your enthusiasm is NOT a healthy habit.
There's a guy out there who's looking for YOU - find HIM instead.

It could be that you are using the wrong address. Try picking up the phone and asking him if he received your email. If he has been receiving them - then the next thing to say is - I haven't been getting any responses - should I take that to mean I should stop sending you anything further?

Maybe he doesnt know how to send emails. or he is not interested, i would find it boring to send emails that never get answered, find someone else that likes getting email

some people are not comfortable with putting their feeling into writing. It also can be misunderstood. Better to face the individual so less chances of mis-communications

what do you mean by never responds? My bf doesn't reply my email either but he will reply it by sms/msn/call...becoz some ppl prefer talk/IM rathers than writing...

well it's either he doesn't go on the internet very often, check is e-mail, etc, OR unfortunately, he's just not that interested...

Why you bother about the person, who is not interested in talking to you.
Any how its in your potential to make others talk to you!
If you are keen to talk to him, convince him. If you can't QUIT.
My Philosophy: If you can't convice a person, Confuse them... :-)
