All of it sounds like a good idea. I enjoy couscous with peas and broken up bits of cashews and stir fried veggies on mine. A little olive oil or and maybee some tamari sauce. Also good with sprinkled nutritional yeast on er!

Couscous is a great substitute for rice. I am not sure how well it would go with thai food though. My favorite way to use couscous is to cook it with chicken stock (instead of water) and then mix it with a combination of grilled chicken, slivered almonds, dried cranberries or raisins and crumbled feta cheese. Yum!

My husband's kin basically makes use of the all day mind-set to cooking couscous. i'm actual going to seem for that entire wheat couscous. that is a lot more beneficial for me than the accepted stuff- although in truth, I must have little or no of any of it :-((

Some of the best Chefs in the world become great because they are not afraid to take a challenge. serve couscous with what ever you want. I think it would be good with anything once it is seasoned right.

Chop carrots, cauliflower, potatoes, french beans of same size.
Chop onions separaetly. Take oil in a vessel add copped onions , stir fry , then add chopped de-seeded green chillies, add the veggies to it n saute. add salt to taste, red chilly powder n washed couscous n set to cook wit water or pressure cook. U can hv a variation of chicken / mushrooms/ meat other than veggies. This recipe is very healthy n tasty as well, n goes well well wit loads of greens n grilled chicken breasts (marinate chicken breasts wit ltl olive oil, salt , lemon juice, torn basil leaves for 15-20 mins n then grill )

Absolutely! I love to make cous cous into salads as well. Squeeze lightly some lime juice, salt and pepper. Small amount of sultanas, some finely diced capsicum, celery, and fresh spring onion and chives. I bbq roast some lamb cutlets crusted with rosemary and place over the top. mmm yum
