nope. you aren't a full time resident. your home address technically is your parents, so you can have your dl from there.

No, out-of-state college students (and active duty military) can keep their home-state license in all 50 states.

most states are 30days but some offer a college thing --osu right down the street

Depends on that state, check the www.dmv.org - but basically, they make exceptions for students and miltary.

No you do not, if you get pulled over just tell them your in school and are not living there permenetly..
