It may be carpel tunnel. Is the cold hand numb when you wake up in the morning?

You might have poor circulation in the cold hand. You should get that checked out. Is it discolored compared to the other hand? Does it feel different (besides hot/cold)?

I would see your doctor because this may be an underlying circulation problem. if you do not get adiquit blood flow to your one hand it will be cold and if your other does get the circulation it will be warm. again i would contact your doctor because they can send you to a specialist who will check the circulation in your "COLD" hand! hope this helps.

It might just be the way your body is. I think I've heard of this condition, but can't recall the term for it. It might also be a hereditary problem. One way, or another, I would talk to my family doctor and see what he(or she)says.

You probably just have better circulation to one than you do to the other.
