You need to check with your doctor first-you need more than 2 weeks of treatments to travel outside the country. You'll also need to check with Singapore's restrictions and health requirements-they will find out, because you're going to need to bring your prescriptions with you! You don't mention if you have active TB or being treated for a positive skin test-makes a difference also.
