If the Report is official you follow the Company's rules and procedure, otherwise write what you want to tell. To begin with collect enough material on the Place that you wish to visit. Observe all the things with keen interest during your visit and note down in your diary. Take photos to support your report. Make the report interesting by giving back ground material collected earlier. Use simple language and short sentences. Never give negative observations unless you want it absolutely. Small incidents of personal nature during your visit enhance the report.
