Hi Lisa,

Usually the 'sick' feeling and nausea drop in later, and for some women, its usually over 5 weeks into the pregnancy. So if you're not feeling it yet, it doesn't mean you might not be pregnant.

It's always safe to take a home pregnancy (urine) test. Just pick up the kit from your closest drug store. The sooner you are sure, the better. Coz if you're pregnant, my friend, you can decide what to do (whether to keep the child or not) quicker.

Remember, don't bring a child into this world, if you're not gonna be able to give it the love, support and affection it needs. It's my duty to tell you this because I have seen all sorts of women getting pregnant with their boyfriend's and then the boyfriend loses interest in supporting the child, the mother becomes a druggie, and then loses custody of the child. The child is put thru torture, no one to love her... (So don't get me wrong).

Whatever you decide, it is your decision. So God Bless You.

GoodLuck!

Some women don't get sick right away. I did the very next day, that's how I knew I was pregnate. The only advice I would give is get a pregnancy test done whether you buy the home test or go to the clinic or doctor's office. So that you don't worry about it so much, but you have to be at least two weeks pregnate for a test to work.

It's rare that you have a period when pregnant. But I did with 2 pregnancies. My period was lighter than normal and didn't last but 2 days. As far as sickness that will come if you are pregnant as you get a little further and the hormone level are rising.

I'm not a doctor. And I can't say for sure. But, I'm sure you're fine. Be careful and get on birth control.
