Im Bi and I think that someone that works in the same building is gay. I was on a website chatting with other men a few months ago and saw him or someone that looked like him from the pic. I think he is cute and when I see him at work I just think about him on that site. Should I make the move?

First, find out for sure that he's gay. If he's not, and it's all some big misunderstanding, it'll be awkward. If you find out that he *is*, it can't hurt to ask. But be prepared--some gay guys only like other gay guys.

I think you should at least try to chat him up a bit and gather clues as to if he is interested in you or not, or if he is really Bi or Gay. Be nice, talk about neutral stuff at first until he seems to warm up to you. Don't corner him or make him too uncomfortable and don't be too overeager to get to know him at first lest he thinks you are overtly cruising him as you don't want him thinking you are a troll.

Be sure he is bi or gay first! 110% sure. If he IS straight and is not cool about you asking him out (some straight guys will handle it well, but most won't) it will cause unnecessary tension the workplace.
If you are absolutely sure, then go for it.

I have a feeling this is a BS question. You never say if you are attracted to him or not, just that you smoke man pole once in a while. If you like him and think he's receptive, drop hints.....duh!

I'd first drop a few casual hints about online pictures... you never know, someone may have put them there without his knowledge... he could actually be some homophobic psycho
He could get all weirded out and you could lose your job.
