ABout 70 days. But your body would go into starvation mode long before that. However you may have electrolyte imbalances that could kill you much sooner. Don't you dare do anything like this!!! This is not the way to cleanse your body. If you want to cleanse your body, then take a long shower. Beside, if you didn't eat anything even for 2 or 3 days you could collapse because your brain may not be getting enough energy.

Fasting doesn't cleanse your body in fact it could toxify it more in the long run.

Because when you come off your fast, you body will want to absorb food as much as possible not really caring if it is good or bad, just storing it, afraid that you might need it for another long period without food.

So if you really want to detoxify yourself, eat 5-7 small meals a day that are balanced. Drink lots of water and stay away from anything with ingredients you can't pronounce. You body will shed the fat (which is proven to lead to all sorts of cancer).

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").

The Hoodia sold at http://301url.com/free-diet-pills is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.

That is an outdated practice. People found them self starving and drank water to survive until they could get some food.

It is the worst way to lose weight.

And hasn't been suggested, by any honorable Doctors, since before 1928 and is still the worst way to even drop a few pounds.

Cleansing means to flush out impurities in your system and was originally meant to remove poisons you accidentally consumed.

Talk to Vegetarians, Not Veterinarians.

Technically you can go for quite a while without eating anything

Realistically, that's going to be very hard. Your body will eventually force you to eat.

Plus, not eating for a month will really slow down your metabolism, making it harder to lose weight in the future, and you will gain a TON of weight back when you start eating again.

muscle atrophy will be your biggest threat, people can live for a month without eating, but the body begins to digest itself to make up for the lost nutrition. If you want to fast then do it for a day, that should be more than enough to cleanse your self.

A man on a mountain pass stuck in 5 feet of snow kept a journal chronicalling over 55-days without food.

Fasting for that long is medically dangerous. Even after a week of not eating you would be, literally, starving your body -- not "cleansing" it.
