We had an earthquake in SW scotland on boxing day morning,they're starting to get more frequent.Is this to do with Global Warming or just because we're near to an earthquake line?

Earthquakes are one of those things that have nothing to do with global warming.

The BGS (British Geological Survey) does indicate fault lines (that's what they're called, not earthquake line but fault lines) in SW Scotland. They also indicate that the land mass of Scotland had originally been in pieces, and that large part of the land mass had actually been a part of North America. Either one of these would be indicative of the propensity for earthquakes.
