Yes there are some electronic gadgets which makes sounds (beeps) and switch on the indicators whenever someone touches the car. It also horns and light flashes in some interval to show you that the car is there.

We can have voices instead of sounds, like we have 'your attention please, this car is backing up' with rear gears so it can search for similar voices instead of sounds for car alarms.

Yeah, those were around for a couple of years in the late 80s and early 90s. Most folks thought them amusing and would hang around and touch the car just to trigger the damn thing. They didn't do what was intended and most folks figured the car was owned by a cluless rube. As a result, they pretty much died off. Deservedly so!

Lots of it. Any shop that installs car alarms can hook you up with something to suit your preferences.
