how can you lose 10 pounds in a week? i kn its not healthy, but only thoe lst ones and i will b at a normal weight. help asap please

You can't in any way that is safe or even smart. Don't do that. Plus, if you lose ten pounds in a week, you'll gain 15 as soon as you stop doing whatever crazy things you were doing to lose that ten.

Don't do it. You can give your self long term health problems.

Weight loss at more than 5 pounds a month is dangerous. And you will just gain it all back and more because the body will go into shock from the lack of calories at such a rapid pace.

The body is a balancing act and you can't tip it too fast or it will crash.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

I would normally say impossible BUT.
Find a gym with a steam room and
sweat the weight off. It will work BUT
you must keep hydrated or you will
pass out. Have someone outside the
room checking on you.

Drinking water, taking vitamin supplements and taking lots of laxatives every day and donating blood. Eating very little food. Roughly one willl loose 1-2 lb a day.

you can use a product like slim fast found in over the counter pharmacy's, it works but you will gain the weight back when you go back to eating normally., and fast weight is not good for you and you may feel yucky.

Okay first of all, were do you want that weight to go, to ur boobs? if so, do chest exersizes, run every day (4 miles recomended) and bike ride (5 miles) either one. Than you will be thin, and busty. All men will be all over you, worked for me when i was over weight.

20 minuets an afternoon will lots greater useful for you. in case you take a seat all day it somewhat is going to help you sleep greater useful and sense greater useful. Hatha yoga is uncomplicated and gets you warmed up and feeling incredible.

You know you will gain it all back and more, right? Stop eating, but drink enough. You will probably loose 10 pounds.
