i have some photos on my laptop and i want to crop them and draw words on them on my computer and edit them. and make them differnt colors and stuff...is there a program i can download or is there a program on my computer..i can use?? pleease help me thanks! :)

There are many programs - Corel Photo, Adobe Photoshop Elements, Corel Paint Shop Pro, and I am sure many others. Check out download.com for some free or low priced software. By the way, if you have Microsoft office (not 2003), you have photo editor which is an acceptable free program. Also, if you have purchased a scanner, all of them seem to come with a photo editing program.

did you take the pictures with a digital camera? there should be software that came with the camera. If not, you can buy software that you can edit photos and stuff, Roxio is a good one but very very very expensive. Its well worth the money though. If you don't want to go to that expense try googling photo software and get a free trial, they are out there gotta keep looking.
