Spay her. Now wasn't that easy? Oh and a little responsibility on your part to keep her inside when she's in heat. A fenced yard would be a big plus. Not letting her run loose. Put panties on her. Should I continue?

If she was spayed, that would solve the problem. Are you allowing other dogs free access to her without thinking about the consequences? It is your job to protect her like you would a child. Have her spayed ASAP!
