i work at cvs pharmacy, and if i'm not mistaken, it is cyclobenzaprine, which is the generic for flexeril. it is a muscle relaxer. i found this website that has a picture.. http://www.erowid.org/pharms/cyclobenzaprine/images/archive/cyclobenzaprine_tablet3.jpg hope this helps:)
