Yes on many torrent sites. Its dumb though: Microsoft has so many layers of checking on whether or not your OS is valid, its dumb not to pay for it. Installing Microsoft Office will check for its validity, and then it won't work.

You can download it from a search tool like Limewire..etc..but u need a Activation Key and other programs won't work properly...

Not legally. But you can steal almost any software using bit-torrent or Limewire.
