Fad diets are not the way to go. You want something that will last longer and is regular and will improve your overall health. Fad diets do not accomplish that. In fact, in the long run can introduce new problems to your world.

The theory is simple. You have to burn more calories that you intake. Burn calories by exercising, intake less calories with a good diet.
I lost 35 lbs several years ago and have kept it off while also getting in much better shape.
It was eye opening for me to track everything that I ate for a couple of months. I even was measuring/weighing things to determine how many calories they had.
There is a simple calculation for how many calories you need. It's based on age, height, weight, and how active you are. Search for 'caloric need' or 'calorie calculator' on Yahoo. Find out how many calories you need per day, then subtract 500. This is how many you can intake to lose 1 lb a week.
Then start tracking your calories and stay under this number. Make sure to choose foods with high, lean protein because you will feel full longer. Stop drinking soda and juice. Drink only water. Quit fast food completely. Then start walking more and then try jogging when you are able. Finally start going to the gym if you are motivated.
You will be amazed how much better you will feel.

Do the following, you will have some result:
1. Get up early morning, after having a wash drink large quantity of plain water.
2. Have one Tea spoon of Cinnamon bark powder mixed with two spoons of bee honey.
3. Go out for at least five Kilometer jogging.
4. Boil a liter of drinking water, put four tea spoons of cumins seeds, leave it for 15 minutes. The colour of the water change light brownish yellow. Cool it and drink as much as you wanted when ever you feel thirsty.
5. Avoid fast food and synthetic cool drinks. Also fatty food / drinks. Use large quantity of vegetable salads and fruit salads.
6. Have nice sleep in the night without taking any tranqualiser.
7. If you have any yoga classes going on near your place, attend them. That will control quite lot of disturbances.
8 Always say NO to Alcohol and Tobacco in any form.

here is my way when i want to reduce my weight:
-take a healthy diet, eating fruits and veges can help you to burn those fats - especially the rich in fibers
-avoid fatty and junk foods..
- take some aerobic or anerobic exercises...
-take a warm bath
-if you want to burn those fats, take some medicine that will help you in burning fats... i do usually take fat burner before i go to the gym...
-try a south beach diet...

stop having snacks between two staple meals. do more physical excercise. try to avoid rich food, butr take the same amount of calory from fruits and vegetables.

Hire a hooker. You also get enjoyment in losing weight. You get quite a workout. Check with your doctor first to see if your heart can take it. We wouldn't want you dying in the saddle.
