Dear, Almost all the body parts grow from our birth till death. In Human body, every cell has its own life cycle which has a limited period of time. But our brain cells are fixed. The number of brain cells are constant through out the life, the only thing is they grow in size according to the human body. I have got some information through net that eyes are the human organs which has very very limited growth through the life.

As far as I know the remain the same size from normal birth till death. and male and female eyes are the same size also. The differet size of the skull and eye sockets is what makes them look bigger or smaller.
