im getting my first tattoo, i kno exactly what i want and where to put it (though i know the artist will have to perfect the design i have in mind), but i just don't know where. any suggestions? also, plz have a reason too

look in your phone book for a tattoo parlour. then go to yahoo local search and look it up to see if there is any feedback left on it, or ask around and see how other people's experiences have been.

I highly recommend Mark at Obscurities off Ceder Springs. They are nice, well respected in the tattoo community, reasonably priced, and clean. They are more than happy to work with you on your design. Mark was awesome, I got my first tattoo from him and he explained everything in detail, he made it a great experience. Good luck!
