Try Neutrogena face soap. It works very well. My whole face was like yours and Neutrogena cleared most of it up in about four days.

This sounds like a case for a dermatologist. Those hard bumps on your face sounds like acne cyst nodules a sign of moderate acne something that you most likely can't get rid of with over the counter stuff.
I don't know what your cleansing ritual is but a good cleanser followed by exfoliating twice or three times a week with a mask or the rough side of a wash cloth is essential.
Getting a facial at a quality salon would be another option.
As for the dark circles a cream with a low dose of hydroquinone might help.

I don't really don't know what to tell you about those hard bumps on your face unless they are dirt bumps which you can you Apricot Scrub and Noxzema. For those circles you have under those eyes come from no sleep or somebody bunched you in the eye. The blackheads you can use Apricot Scrub, Noxzema, Nutrogena oil free. You can also use St.Ives for the blackheads and concentrate on those areas. You can also use Olay deep cleaning but it is dry so make sure you mostirize your fave with lotion. To keep a clean face wash it with soap and water. Scrub your nose area to prevent whiteheads and blackheads. Those hard bumps sound really like acne so try pro active or anything that gets rid of acne

i agree with the glycolic treatment answer. i am an esthetician and what you seriously need is exfoliation- deep exfoliation, not the kind you get with a scrub. Glycolic acid, salycilic acid, lactic acids all aim to exfoliate the skin through a chemical process. it gets deeper than exfoliating beads. Those acids also provide much needed anti-bacterial qualities that will help keep new acne from coming up. the best thing to do is find a med-spa that has medical level facial treatments available. obagi is an excellent treatment- although it takes several months and is fairly expensive, it would be worth it. whatever you do, you need to start exfoliating. the esthetician can also help with the dark circles. good luck.

Yogurt and honey masks are good because the yogurt contains lactic acid that will slough off dead skin cells and unclog pores, and the honey acts as a moisturizing agent because it draws moisture to the surface of your skin. You could also try cucumber juice or aloe vera juice as a light toner after washing your skin so that it calms your skin down, prevents some inflammation, and can moisturize your skin back to a natural balance. I personally would not put egg on my face because it can clog up your pores, and eggs can contain bacteria that can make your acne worse. Also, if your acne is caused by dry or oily skin, banana is a great mask. It will help to hydrate your skin, and oily skin that is dried out by harsh chemicals in face washes can be rebalanced with banana or honey. Proper hydration will help to prevent overproduction of natural oils that can clog pores. Best of luck to you.

good quality faacial skin has a lot to do with your diet. most times its the body's way of telling you that you are not eaating healthily. to jump start he body fr great facial skin, go on a fruit and water fast for between 3 and 5 days. that is you only eat fruits and drink water at will for up to five days. fruit\s like avocado, mangoes, pineapples, apples, pears, banana, orange, sour sop, are all good and should be eaten liberally and at will, juices, flesh, and seeds in the cazse of pawpaws, for enhanced digestion and free bowel movements.
the water min of 6 litres throughout the day assists the body in flushing all the toxins that are being produced during this period, while helping to maintain the balance of acids, vitamins and minerals from all those fruits. a good quantity of toxcins is flushed out of the system and you first begin to notice these in the face. a regimen of exercises that cause you to sweat a lot helps additionally in flushing the skin and then you are well on your way to healthy nice facial skin.
you may extend this for as long as you like, otherwise you continue by gradually adding some salads, vegetables , herbs and finallyintroduce carbs and proteins and fats.
make sure you do no eat tooo much of any of he dietary requirements especially the carbs and fats as they lead to the development of rough and bad skin, when nt in proper balance with others.
in fact a good mix of fruits will give you nearly every food supplement you need except solid proteins but even then some bean s should help.
Just start with the fruit nd vegetable fast and exercises and see how it turns out.
good luck

i dont know about the red bumps but if the white bumps are big and are painful...i think its cyst..but if its small little white bumps all over i think its white heads and clogged pores. i have the same problem about clogged pores beieng visible all over my forhead and some on my cheeks. i think you need to find a scrub that can unclog pores (which i'm still looking for a good product)or use any products that contains high Salicylic Acid (SA) because it seems to work for me. it will clear up your blackheads at the same time. i've had bumpy nose cos of black heads months ago and Salicylic acid cleared it up completely. you can find it in face wash, moisturizer, masks or scrubs. i've using olay total effects anti-blemish face wash and moisturizer and St.Ives Medicated Scrub for about 2 months and a half. it cleared up my face 60% (though i wish it would clear up faster).

Try the acne gentle cleansers. I use nutrogena, clear pore and purpose soaps. I think that the purpose works the best. You have to use it twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night. Also try using an astringent. I use clean and clear. Then If your face gets dryed out from the products use cetaphil facial moisturiser. It contains no oil to block pores. Good Luck!!!!!!!!

Go to Target or a similar store, they usually have good skin products, and buy the best facial cleanser they have, it may be more expensive, but probably works the best.
Use it as many times a day as it says on the label.
If your skin drys out, stop using it as much and putting lotion on your face sometimes helps!
Good luck!
