Do you have any good recipes for meals for the freezer? I will be working 2 jobs soon and will need to put meals in the freezer.

Well some of the stuff I make in large batches and freeze are:
Meatballs in marinera sauce. Sometimes, just the meatballs and after thawing, put into alfredo sauce over pasta, or sour cream and onions, serve over noodles like stroganoff.
Beans- just regular soup beans.
Chicken enchiladas.
Beef cubes boiled for a long time with onions, potatoes and carrots. Beef stock and tomato sauce and cloves, salt and pepper.
Chili.

All these can be thawed and served with a quick batch of pasta or rice. A dinner roll, hot cornbread muffin, and either a quick steamed veggie or salad.
Hot and hearty.

Breakfast Burritos
Turkey/Beef Burritos
Sloppy Joe Sauce...(just grab a piece of bread or a HB bun)
Lasagna (lasts about two weeks)
Stuffed baked potatoes
Breaded chicken strips
A half cooked steak - buy the mashed potatoes in the tub...

You can make each of these meals in size appropriate containers, so you just have to nuke in the microwave...or take w/you....Good luck w/the new job... :)

I like to make Chili, Lasagna, Jambalaya, Beef Stew, Breakfast Sandwiches, etc. Here's the site I use when I need ideas and recipes: http://www.recipezaar.com It's free and I love it, hope you do, too.

Hamburgers, fried chicken.. nothing with potatoe because it becomes mushy .. fried shrimp in a package.. these are easy because just dump in deep fat and fry some crinkcle cut frozen potatoes in the same deep fat.. Beans..any kind of beans ,peas, but soups and chillis and stews go along way ..
