ok this is complicated

If you are talking to just one man, who you are friendly with it is:
" (Tú) Eres muy bonito"

If you are talking to just one man, who you must be polite to it is:
"(Usted) es muy bonito"

If you are talking to more than one man, or a group of men or women, who you know in a friendly way it is:

"(vosotros) sois muy bonitos!"

If you are talking to more than one man, or a group of men or women, who you know in a polite manner it is:

"(Ustedes) son muy bonitos!"

If you are talking to just one woman, who you know informally it is:

"(tú) eres muy bonita"

By the way anything in brackets is optional, it doesn't really matter hugely if you choose to leave the things in brackets out, the meaning will still be understood

If you are talking to one woman who you know formally it is:

"(usted) es muy bonita"

If you are talking to a group of only females. who you know in a polite manner it is:

"(ustedes) son muy bonitas"

If you are talking to a group of only females, who you know in a friendly, informal manner it is:

"(vosotras) sois muy bonitas"
