Prepare 3 songs of contrasting styles. Pick portions of those songs which shows off your voices best qualities because they may only give you a few seconds to sing.
Bring a couple of changes of clothing.
---another website says:
Prepare sixteen (16) bars of a ballad and sixteen (16) bars of an up-tempo or patter song. These songs should demonstrate your range and versatility. All songs should be memorized. In some instances, the musical theatre faculty may want to hear an entire song. Select songs from musicals, operas or operettas. Bring your own sheet music, clearly marked. An accompanist is provided.

If you can hit the E two octaves above middle C, try "Glitter and Be Gay" from Candide. That would stun them if you could pull it off.
I would suggest leaning more toward comic and upbeat pieces, as they are more engaging and memorable than even the most beautifully done ballads. You might try:
"It Might at Well Be Spring" from State Fair
"Green Finch and Linnet Bird" from Sweeney Todd (not comedic, but a decent tempo)
"A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes" from Disney's Cinderella
"When Did I Fall in Love" from Fiorello! (ballad-y)
"That'll Show Him" from A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum (a little bit bawdy for a 13 year old, but really funny, and a good tempo and range)
"If I Were a Bell" from Guys and Dolls
"On the Steps of the Palace" from Into the Woods
"Something Wonderful" from The King and I (ballad-y)
"Love is a Plaintive Song" from Patience (Gilbert and Sullivan)
Break a leg.

I can only help with my experience but I've found that " I Know The Truth" from the musical Aida is a great song to sing for auditions. It is a beautiful song and your able to put alot of emotiion into it. The judges were (i think) more impressed with the song than me. Lol I was very nervous at auditions...

Ave Verum Corpus is a really nice Classical song, but the only thing is it won't really show off your range as the highest note is an F above high C. Ave Maria in an arrangement for a high voice might be good. You could also try looking into something from one of Mozart's Opera's they have them posted for free on this site: http://nma.redhost24-001.com/DME/nma/nmapub_srch.php?l=2
'Think of me' from the phantom of the Opera is a really nice one, especially the cadenza, that is a really fun part to sing. Hmmmm....I can't think of any other songs right now that would even being to show off you range, but I hope this helped at least a little bit. ^_^
