You know what, why don't you just tell your daughter to move on and take care of her own self & kids. If she is a real WOMAN she should find a job and support her own kids since the fathers won't help her. She should have learn from her first mistake by having kids with the first guy.

Im going through a situation now with a dead beat dad. I am 5 weeks pregnant and he doesnt want to hear anything about the baby he deosnt want me to even have it. So a dead beat dad is someone who isnt taking care of their responsibility. They are not men and eventually will find out that their missing out on something special. If that child doesnt see the dad at least twice a week thats a dead beat dad to me. If hee doesnt let his self be known to the child and show the child love and let them know that they will always be there for them and do not treat the mother wrong in the process then hes a good dad. Take heed.

The only way that I can think of is going to court, set up a court date and the judge will set up child support for the kids. Once you get this done then you can typically set something up with the county you live in so that they take the money directly out of her husband's ex and current (if any). Just a FYI as well, you can sue all of them IF they are legally obliged to pay child support on their own and they haven't been doing it, they have to have valid proof that they have and you have to have valid proof that they havent...

You can't, unless you have custody of them. It is her responsibility to make this happen. I don't mean to be mean, but for her not to go after them is almost as bad as the fact the men do not pay. I would be questioning her to find out what her reason is for not going after them. As far as the income tax is concerned, unless she gave the man permission to claim them, all she has to do is report it to the IRS, and he will be in quite a bit of trouble. They will make sure that he pays that money back or they will take everything he has and possible jail him if he tries to swindle out of it.
I don't understand what her reluctantcy is as to why she has not already done this. If I were you, I would be probing into that. Something does not sound quite right here.

A phone call to the local state or county Workforce Services Office can start the process rolling. You will need to know the addresses and DOB of the dead beats. The stae and feds can collect from them and garnish their wages.

You cant do anything. She has to do it. If she doesnt have the money she can go to the state facilities. Like public aid or whatever is in your state. They will be more than happy to look for a dead beat dad. I think it's free.

Well, I certainly don't think that going behind your daughter's back is the right thing to do in ANY situation. She is obviously an adult and unless you are helping pay her bills I don't even think you should approach the subject.

i think a better idea would be to go behind her back, knock her out, bring her to the hospital and get her tubes tied...WHY WHY WHHHYYY would you have not one but TWO kids w/ a guy who was obviously prison material...and then FOUR with a guy who is OBVIOUSLY selfish and irresponsible??? of course children need to be taken care of by any means neccessary but i think this gurl needs to start working sunrise to sunset because she has made some crazy life choices.....and now its time to deal...i feel bad for you..but c'mon...dead beat dads?? what about the mother of SIIIX???

Call the county court system and tell your daughter to start using better discretion in choosing her mate!

You should hire a private investigator and a lawyer to take him to court. If what you're saying is true and can be revealed in the court of law, the investment will be worth it.
