Try doing oblique work. Instead of the standard crunch/sit-up where your feet are on the floor, turn your legs to one side where your feet are facing the wall and your thigh is on the ground. Continue the same crunch/sit-up motion. This should help tone the sides of your waist. Combine this with aerobic exercise for maximum results.

I did a Pilates video for about three weeks and mine's was gone. I think the One Hundred and the Rollup are what did it.
